December 30, 2002, in accordance with the Decree of the
President of Chuvashia Republic, N.V. Fiodorov “About measures to maintain the
government support for the young citizens of the Chuvashia Republic” special
stipends for special creativity and achievements in educational, and scientific
activity, production, management and business project were granted for the
period of January 1 - December 31, 2003 to the representatives of youth and
students.
Among the grant-aided students were 5 participants of JA
Russia programs of Chuvashia Regional Centre:
Roman Nikitin, President of the Student Company “Heritage -3”, 11th
grade student, school # 49, Cheboksary.
Alexandr Krasnov, President of the Student Company “MIG”, 11th grade
student, school # 47, Cheboksary
Alexnadr Sedoikin, JA Russia Graduate, Student of the Chuvashia State
Pedagogic University named after I. Ya. Yakovlev, former President of the
Student Company “Heritage -2”, currently Student Company business consultant.
Alexnadr Maximov, JA Russia Graduate, Student of the Advertisement
Department of the Physiology and Humanitarian Institute, former member of the
Student Company “Heritage -2”, currently Student Company business consultant.
Vladimir Dmitriev, JA Russia Graduate, Student of the Management
Department of the Cheboksary Electro mechanics College, former member of the
Student Company “Heritage -2”, currently Student Company business consultant.

JA Russia Chuvashia Regional Centre of social and Economic Education was
founded in 1999. Annually more than 5000 students age 6-17 participate in JA
programs and projects in Chuvasia. JA Russia Chuvashia representatives several
times became winners and prizewinners of the All-Russia and international Junior
Achievement - Young Enterprise competitions.
